Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula
Birth is a journey – after more than 10 years in the birthing profession I know and appreciate that everyone’s journey and the destination is different.
As a Doula, I will offer you as much or as little support as you need to walk you and your family through this new journey you are embarking on.
I am a UK Trained and Registered Midwife/Doula now resident in Georgia. I am willing to provide Birth and Postpartum Doula support within a 25-mile radius of Alpharetta.
Birth Support will typically consist of a private birth preparation session (up to 2 hours), attendance at birth, 2 x post-partum home support visits, breastfeeding support, all the email and telephone support you required after 38 weeks or before if required.

Although we had taken a birthing class we really didn't need to because Charmaine was so thorough and covered everything we would need to know. She helped me settle back in at home and did whatever I needed to be comfortable. The baby loved Charmaine and was an angel every time she came to help out.
