I am a FULL-Spectrum Doula with specialties in lactation, crystal and energy work, aromatherapy/essential oil work and more.  I offer classes such as sign language for parents as well as the usual new parent education, cleansing via white sage smudging. I am a Native American doula so my methods are based in my culture not only in science. The closer to nature the better :). We work with EVERYONE. Including teens, LGBT families, low income sliding scale needs, and more. I offer many packages and prices vary.

• 2 in home doula visits during your baby’s first 72 hours home. This package is flexible depending on what your family needs, but in many cases your doula will meet you at your home around the time you arrive with your baby to help you get settled and will then return for another care session.

• A first day care kit including herbal sitz bath, perineal care items, breastfeeding care supplies.

• A nourishing postpartum meal or snack.

Cesarean Warrior Package 

• This package is for you warrior mamas who need, or know you will have a scheduled cesarean.

• 1 prenatal visit, positive affirmations, optional guided meditation, and mental prep prior to surgical appointment.

• Postpartum care in hospital following surgery

• 2 at home sessions including help with cooking, cleaning, help with siblings, or just someone to talk to that understands the pain. This plan is entirely flexible dependent upon what mom needs. 

• Unlimited calls and lactation support, because mama, I’ve been there! I know how rough those first few hours, days, weeks, and months are and the road to recovery is different for everyone. 

• *if surgical intervention is necessary, whatever plan you are on switches automatically to the Warrior package*

Blue Goldstone package
